1. Wash Your Hands. Wash multiple times a day for 20 seconds singing “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” or “Happy Birthday” twice. 

2. Use a Tissue. Sneeze or cough into the bend of your elbow. Throw away used tissues immediately. Disinfect all surfaces regularly. 

3. Practice Social Distancing. Keep a safe distance from others, at least 6’ when possible. Hug family members only. 

4. Build Your Immune System. Eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, at least 7-8 hours, and exercise regularly. 

5. Focus on the Positive. Do your homework assignments, read, sing, laugh, play at home and connect with friends online or by phone. Together We Can All be Safe & Stay Healthy
